I try the command:
wl --serial X chanspec -c 38 -b 5 -w 40 -s 1
wl nrate -m 7
for channel 36 upper/HT40/mcs7/11n
but it still came out at 20MHz.
Did I miss any other command or parameter?

Hi Vinh,
The datasheet does indeed state that the BCM43341 chip supports 40MHz channels. However this mode of operation is not fully supported in the WICED SDK.

I think your question is answered in this thread: 2.4GHz n with 40MHz channel width (Manufacturing\FCC testing)

Thanks. The thread above is slightly different. it was asking for 40Mhz operation in 2.4G. My question is for 40Mhz on 5G. The data sheet said so but the command does not work
