Hello,

What  is the correct way to architect dual connectivity scenario (BLE & WiFi) ?

I'm using ST32F412+CY4343 combo module and SDK 6.4

Can you specifically refer to the following use cases:

- BLE advertising in parallel to WiFi connection

- BLE connection in parallel to WiFi scanning

If the 2 protocol can not operate concurrently - is it the app's responsibility to manage the sequence or is it done by the SDK?

e.g. WiFi api call discards/stops/closes any BLE activity and vice versa - BLE api call disconnects/closes any WiFI activity?

Hi,

The CYW43438 block diagram shows that its Cortex-M3 core has ETM.

But I try to read its registers from 0xE0041000, I got all 0xFFFFFFFF.

I read it through SDIO brcmf_sdiod_readl().

Can I read the MMIO registers through SDIO interface? Or something I did it wrong?

This thread was locked a couple weeks ago... Generate an RF test pattern in "production" firmware. but did not end with anything useful for us.

However the final answer did not work for us, the call to "wl fqacurcy 6" fails with the production wifi installed, this must be done with the mfg test firmware, which does not allow the product to work.

As our test time cannot afford a re-flash of the wifi blob during functional test, our initial production will not be able to test the WiFi RF performance during functional test, we're relying on AOI and other quality control measures to ensure proper component installation and operation during initial production.

However, we would really like to close this gap in testing.

We've considered staging an OTA2 image in the staging area with an incomplete header that would be completed by a test command - allowing us to replace the WiFi firmware in place - faster than an external re-flash, but still a time hit and there are many other checks required to ensure this does not present other problems.

Alternatively, and more preferred, is there simply a way to force continuous or nearly continuous transmission of packets in a stream?

This is the same CYW43907 hardware as in linked discussion.

stm32f4xx_ltdc.c

stm32f4xx_i2c.c

The platform is : CYW94343WWCD1_EVB-FreeRTOS-LwIP

If I use the following command for making target:

snip.bluetooth.ble_hello_sensor-CYW94343WWCD1_EVB-FreeRTOS-LwIP

Are the peripherals driver getting build?

Does murata1LD board support Toshiba 4Gb serial nand flash  with part number TC58CVG2S0HRAIJ?only it can suport nor flash

Hi,

We are working on a project with Murata type1 LD platform(STM32F412RG MCU). On this hardware we wanted to enable one GPIO interrupt which is connected to Port B1. But it is failing as PC1 is being as a host wake interrupt GPIO. (As per https://stm32f4-discovery.net/2014/08/stm32f4-external-interrupts-tutorial/  we can enable only one of them). So we wanted to disable MCU power save mode which is not much useful in our case.

But after disabling the powersave mode( By defining WICED_DISABLE_MCU_POWERSAVE macro) we are unable to connect to any WiFi. Connection is failing with error: SET_BLOCK_ACK_WINDOW_FAIL.

Please provide your suggestions to fix this issue.

Is there an API for getting task stats like run time percentage?  The information from tx_thread_info_get() seems to be more related to current status rather than past performance.  I am looking for something similar to FreeRTOS tx_thread_info_get().
