Hi,

I try to communicate 943362WCD4 with other devices through UART.

Ive seen uart.c application  wiced_uart_receive_bytes(...) function is used for receiving data via UART. Its used in a while loop. Does WICED have a structure that generates interrupt if data received by UART ?

Or should I use wiced_uart_receive_bytes(...) as a thread in a while loop ? If you have another suggestion, please inform me.

When I use wiced_tls_init_advanced_context(), I can use it for both TLS client and server.

But when I use wiced_tls_init_simple_context(), I can only use it for TLS client.

Please clarify what is the difference. Is it safe to use wiced_tls_init_simple_context for all TLS clients?

Regarding the Encryption code in WICED, do you have an existing CCATS number that we can

grandfather or do we need to apply independently, or is your code exempt from the U.S. EAR regulations?

Sometimes I see failures using wl with the manufacturing test app.

The mfg_test app returns error codes when there are failures.

Is there documentation in the SDK that shows what these wl error codes mean?

Is it possible to make the WICED device the server side of an SSL connection?

For example; I want to create a secure connection via SSL/TLS to (not from)

the WICED device without using a password. Is that possible?

I would like to remove the FET for VDD_3V3_WIFI to reduce BOM costs.

In BCM943362WCD4_P200.pdf, the FET is described as Q1.

Is it okay to remove this?
