Can someone provide the Contents of the 43xxx_Wi-Fi folder for 6.2.1 SDK
After installing my folder looks like this:
VS. the same folder with studio 6.1

I need the CYW943907AEVAL1F to connect to an external HTTPS web server and retrieve the contents. I used snip/httpbin_org as a starting point as it looked like it provided what I need.
When the application is run "as is", things works fine. However, when I modify the application to run more than once, the board reboots at this point:
if ( ( result = http_client_connect( &client, (const wiced_ip_address_t*)&ip_address, SERVER_PORT, HTTP_USE_TLS, CONNECT_TIMEOUT_MS ) ) != WICED_SUCCESS )
Apparently, the function http_client_connect does not like being called twice. This would be a problem as I need this function to be called again and again.
Has this been observed by anyone before?
Thanks!
Show LessWe are developing a board using WIFI/BLE combo chip. I noticed there are some chips in this platform. But I cannot find any reference circuit or EVB design files for them.
To be honest, we are going to use CYW43012, but it is unable to get even datasheet of this chip.
Would you please send me reference circuit or EVB design files of CYW43012 and CYW43455?

The CY-WICED stack here is based on WICED and is the current Cypress Bluetooth stack: https://launchstudio.bluetooth.com/ListingDetails/65279
CY-WICED was derived from BTE (the second listing shown below).

Hi all,
We are using BCM43907 controller, for the purpose of decoding audio signal. when it is connected with wifi signal through access point, What is the Rssi value set before the decoder looks for the next Access point? Typically the device should have the primary Access point based on best signal and neighbor APs as backup if signal or Primary drops.
Presently Optimum bandwith roaming trigger has been set.
Thanks in advance..
Show LessHello,
I'm testing the powersave and deep sleep function on the QuickSilver evaluation board and I'm getting deceiving result.
I'm wondering if I'm doing thing wrong.
For now i've tested the powersave and deepsleep snippet that is included in the WICED SDK. And I'm measuring the current draw with a multimeter inline with the USB port. So every measurement is done at 5V level.
With the "snip.ping_deepsleep-Quicksilver_EVL download run" :
I'm getting 220 mA down to 180 mA in deepsleep.
With the "snip.ping_powersave-Quicksilver_EVL download run"
I'm getting 190 mA in powersave and 210 mA in ping .
and for comparaison with "snip.uart-Quicksilver_EVL download run" I get 190 mA.
I've tried a patch that PriyaM_16 posted on a problem in SDK 6.2 and it didn't solve the issue. (Getting very High current consumption in tcp_client_powersave application )
What can I do to improve the current consumption of the device ?
Show LessHi
The model platform_tiny_crypto.c has several function that implement using harwdare the bulk TLS cipher like AES-CBC, AES-ECB, AES-CTR.
For example hw_aes_crypt_ctr
I am looking for an implementation for AES-GCM (Galois Counter Mode)
Any help or lead is really appreciated.
Thanks,
Ramzi
Show LessDoes the lower level WiFi code and the radio driver support using network with SSID's and/or security keys that have special characters?
Specifically: the characters that would have to be escaped in JSON, like double-quote characters, blackslashes, and tabs.
Do the strings have to have escaping in them when written to the WiFi DCT area?
Do they need double escaping?
e.g. if I had a network which used WPA2 AES PSK security with a key that is (in python raw-string parlance): r'''test"test\ttest'''
How would that need to be written to the WiFi DCT to be able to join?

Hi,
Are there any WiFi+BT combo modules meeting following specification:
- WiFi, BT and BLE
- module should have its own MCU
- external antenna (i.e. module itself should only have a pad, which would be connected to antenna on our main board)
- Bluetooth profile HFP AG (Audio Gateway)
- (Bluetooth profile AD2P)
- I2S interface (for audio)
- UART interface (for communication between module and main CPU of the host system)
Best regards,
Pekka
