Unable to Flash .img file in SPIFLASH and EEPROM Using DownloadFw()..

New at this platform :

Using Control Center : Able to flashing in RAM and I2CEEPROM     (no error )

                                              but not able flash in SPIFlash  (error : programming of SPI Flash Erase Failed )

Using DownloadFw(): only Able to flash .img file in RAM .

so what to do??

1. Could you let us know the part number of the SPI Flash being used?
