Is it possible to convert the boot file of the firmware of CYUSB3014 (our code: J470720) with the programmer attached to intel's FPGA development environment quartus and write it with USB-Blaster2? Is there a recommended method if it is not possible?

Can you please elaborate your requirement so that we can understand it better?

FX3 bootloader requires the image to be of a particular format so that it can function properly. If this format is changed, then the boot will fail. So, when the firmware image is stored into flash, this boot format should not be changed.
