oh,you may not understand my question.
My fx3 board linked to PC,but PC treat it as a USB2.0 device,so the speed is slow.
My PC has a USB3.0 interface.

Are you using a custom board or the DVK?
What firmware have you downloaded onto FX3?

Hi,
I have encountered the same probelm.
My PC enumerates other USB 3.0 device as a SupterSpeed but it enumerate the FX3 DVK as a HighSpeed device.
I tried with UVC FW and default WestBridge FW.
UVC FW -> view with USB device viewer:
Current Config Value: 0x01 -> Device Bus Speed: High
default WestBridge FW -> Cypress Control Center:
<DEVICE>
FriendlyName="Cypress USB BootLoader"
Manufacturer="Cypress"
Product="WestBridge "
SerialNumber="0000000004BE"
Configurations="1"
MaxPacketSize="64"
VendorID="04 B4"
ProductID="00 F3"
Class="00h"
SubClass="00h"
Protocol="00h"
BcdDevice="01 00"
BcdUSB="02 00"

That is strange. With the DVK you shouldn't be seeing this. Please create a tech support case (MyAccount -> MyCases) so that one of our engineers can take a look at this.

First you must confirm that your PC has the interface of USB3.0 .
If not,you can buy a PCIE Adpter Card.
