I've installed cyusb3.sys onto Win 8.1 system.
Driver version is 1.2.3.3.
When I plug in the FX3 device, I get this message:
"The software for this device has been blocked from starting because it is known to have problems with Windows.
Contact the hardware vendor for a nex driver. (Code 48)"
So, what's the next step?
Screen captures are attached.

Some more data:
The PC having the problem sees the device with a PID=0x00f3
A PC not having the problem sees the device with a PID=0x4720
Does that mean anything to anyone?
The control center looks for the 0x4720.
The CYUSB.pdf talks about expecting the PID=0x00f3

I successfully ran this morning my same Visual Studio C++ program under Windows 8.1 with my customers prototype hardware . The cyusb3.sys driver version that worked for us is 1.2.3.9.
Not having any success previously getting the previous driver 1.2.3.3 to working I purchased the SuperSpeed Explorer Kit.
The driver that worked was installed using C:\Program Files (x86)\Cypress\SuperSpeed Explorer Kit\1.0\Driver\bin\Win81\x64\cyusb.inf from the SuperSpeed Explorer Kit.
