I have a question about CYUSB3014-BZXI made by CYPRESS.

When we restart Windows, We need to assert RESET # (C5 pin) of CYUSB3014-BZXI?

When restarting Windows, Error code 0xc0000004 blue screen was occurred.

When we restarted Windows, we did not assert CYUSB3014-BZXI RESET # (C5 pin).

We are investigating whether it is related to not asserting RESET # (C5 pin) and the error code 0xc0000004 blue screen.

Also, did you have heard an example that a blue screen of Error Code 0xc0000004 occurred?

We have not heart any issue that FX3 will cause blue screen event on Windows. Could you please do more tests to narrow down the root cause?
