error in control transfer

        dear sir, i am using the utility 00_fwload from Cyusb to download the firmware in ma device which uses FX2LP but i am getting "error of Error in control_transfer" is there any specific things i have to check??? i know this is very small info. to get to the conclusion y its happening. but this info. is all i have, how can i check why this is happening please help me Thanks & Regards rohan

        the device is using "Synchronous Slave FIFO AUTO mode"
