When I read data from the Work Flash after erasing it i read random Data, is that normal?

Hi,

Yes, what you observe is normal. You can only read from WorkFlash location, after it is programmed. This is by design. Reading from erased location is not possible (so if you try with debugger- it will result it random data). Normal flow is- erase then program then read. Below is screenshot from architecture TRM.
