The customer purchased the CYW920721B2EVK-02 Evaluation Kit.

Which application should they use on Modus if they want to evaluate another application and then return it to the factory state?

If you don't provide the source code, can you tell us how to get back to the initial state?

Where is the latest WICED Studio Technical Brief located?

It would be helpful to link WICED support documents via a tab on the WICED webpage @ https://www.cypress.com/products/wiced-software 

The latest Technical Brief I've been able to locate is for Version 6.2. WICED is currently at Version 6.6. Are there any major changes that would impact the Technical Brief? If not, I'll conside the 6.2 Technical Brief to be the 6.x technical brief.

Hello, 

    I purchased a CYW920719Q40-B1 eval kits for my project recently. I am trouble in that it will always generates a series of waves after downloading official samples onto the board with WICED v6.6 which is observed via spectrum analyzer. But a new bare CYW20719 won't behave like that.

For more details is following.

1. The wave only occurs at the beginning after a hard reset.

2. The wave seens a continous wave like the following figure shows.

3. The frequency of the wave occurs in order of 2441-->2474-->2410-->2426-->2441-->2458-->2474(MHz) which likes a Tx test or self checking mechanism of the bluetooth chip I guess. However, I can't find where to define it in the programme project.

What's my assumption:

    I think it is a regular action configured by the official samples. Cause I tried it in a new 20719 chip without downloading any firmwares and won't represent this problem. Besides, I have tried almost every samples in the  20719-B1_Bluetooth/apps directory. They all have the same problems.

What's my effort:

1. I have simplify APPLICATION_START( ) by commenting all of the codes in it, but it doesn't solve.

2. I tried comment the function application_start_internal( void ) in 20719-B1_Bluetooth/WICED/common/spar_setup.c, but it doesn't solve.

Could you help me to locate the key of the problem?

Hello,

EZ-Serial Firmware provides commands for customizing Advertise Packets.

gap_set_adc_data (SAD, ID=4/19)

The default Advertise for CYSPP is Flag-[128bit Service UUID]-[Manufacture]-[Local Name].

Can I customize this [Service UUID] using the SAD command?

*Since the UUID of Advertise and the actual Service UUID are different, I think it is NG as BT Spec.

I have tested connection of HID Device using CYW20706 in 6.2 version of wiced studio.

but, when i test the connection between CYW20706 and my laptop, i found the connection is different by LMP version.

i have used the HID Device that is provided from wiced studio sdk.

The laptop of certain LMP version is connected at first attempt to connection. other cases can not connected.

who know why the connection is different each LMP version?

i attached the logs each LMP version. please could help me anyone?
