Hi Yang,

1. The external sflash connected on CYW920706WCDEVAL board is MX25R4035FZUIL0 which is 4Mb (512K x 8).

2. The external flash connected on CYW20721B2 eval board is 8 Mbit in size. For more information regarding CYW20721, please contact your local Cypress team.
