I'm new to iOS app development / Objective C and I'm trying to add a component to the app underneath the temp / pres / humd bars. This component has to change based on the sensor data but I'm having trouble accessing the component.
I can access the sensor data from classes such as the ViewController, but then I can't change the component because I can't make it as a property in the ViewController.h. I can't create the component as a property in any class other than the GaugeViewController, but then I can't access sensor data from the GaugeViewController.
Any tips on how to go about this?
Thanks

Actually, we have one additional question that goes with the above; When we follow the build instructions the following error message occurs, download failed.this version of SDK only supports download to BCM20736A1 and BCM20737A1 devices...please advise?

Show LessHi,
I downloaded existing SDK sample on multiple BLE sense 20737S, but all of the Ble have same Board address.
How to change and decide board address?
And how to trace? debug? Eclipse Trace does not works.
thanks
Show LessI am trying to build this example but it gives me errors. Most of them are common error like "CFA_BSC_STATUS read_status is not resolved". I feel like some library are missing??
Show LessWhy i can't find the driver for windows or other OS platform from Broadcom official website?
Hi,
We are trying to assign unique ID to our modules. OTA update firmware is one way. But because the update is very little change, we are thinking other way to realize it. Then comes out following question:
1. Is it possible create user service and/or modify GATT characteristc for BCM20736? I am not sure the chipset has internal memory for user, although it has the feature that support for EEPROM and serial flash interface.
2. If it is yes for the question without/ with external flash, do you have any doc provide more detailed information?
Thanks!
Show LessWhen I using mybeacon example(in SDK 2.2.1), I got the same issue when I adjust blecm_startAdv()
blecm_startAdv() - advInterval <= 128 not working?
Register the callback function to print some message and check how many times advertisement_packet_transmission() been called before each adv.
bleprofile_notifyAdvPacketTransmissions(&advertisement_packet_transmission, 200);
// Start advertisements
blecm_startAdv(
HCIULP_ADV_NONCONNECTABLE_EVENT, // non-connectable undirected advertisement
160, // adv interval 100 msec
HCIULP_ADV_CHANNEL_MAP_MASK, // all channels
HCIULP_PUBLIC_ADDRESS, // int advAdrType,
HCIULP_ADV_FILTER_POLICY_WHITE_LIST_NOT_USED, // int advFilterPolicy,
HCIULP_PUBLIC_ADDRESS, // int initiatorAdrType,
NULL); // UINT8* initiatorAdr
When advInterval=160, it works fine, advertisement_packet_transmission() called 10 times in one second,
but if the value lower than 160, advertisement_packet_transmission() been called only 1 time in one second.
in ~/include/blecm.h
advInterval The advertisement interval in BT slots (min 32, max 16384).
typo?
Show LessHi guys,
What would be the first steps that I need to follow in order to get an SDK / Evaluation board for the BCM20706?
My understanding is that this is the one already approved by apple homekit.
Thanks in advance!
