I desire a throughput of 16KByte/s over BLE, and it seems like I'm unable to reach these numbers since the speed test example reaches speeds of 70kbit/s which is far under 16kByte/s. I want to remove and replace the BCM20737 chip on an existing PCBoard in order to increase throughput over BLE. Are there any BLE chips that have the same exact pinout as the BCM20737 and also support BLE 4.2 and above? Do you have any other ideas on how I can reach 16KByte/s?

Hi PhRi_4317641,
We have BT-BLE chips CYW20706- https://www.cypress.com/file/306441/download and CYW20719- CYW20719 Product Guide
These are not pin-to-pin with CYW20737.

You may want to explore 20706 for your application. However it is a dual mode device and not pin-to-pin with 20737.
