For developing a device that can be working very long with a coin cell, I am looking for a BLE with the lowest energy consumption.
I will be very thankful to your help.

Hi,
Assuming you are referring to BLE only device (Bluetooth Smart device), PSoC 4 BLE or PSoC 6 BLE family may satisfy your needs.
PSoC 4200_BLE series and PSoC 4100_BLE Series both provide typically 1.3µA current consumption in Deep Sleep Mode.
Please refer to PSoC 4 BLE homepage for more details. And specifically the datasheets can be found Here.
PSoC 63 line with BLE 5.0 provide typically 7µA current consumption in Deep Sleep Mode.
Please refer to PSoC 6 homepage for more details. And specifically the datasheet and architecture technical reference manual of PSoC 63 with BLE.
-------------------------------------------
If you prefer WICED-based development, CYW20736, CYW20737 and CYW20732A0 are worth trying and they are all BLE only SoC.
CYW20736, CYW20737 and CYW20732A0 all provide typically 12µA current consumption in Sleep Operation Mode.
Please refer to BLE & Bluetooth homepage for more details. Specifically refer to CYW20736 datasheet and CYW20737 datasheet.
