Hi @MS_19060803 ,

Current through Rstartup charges the Capacitor Ciss of internal MOSFET. This value is directly proportional to tstartup and inversly proportional to no load power. The recommended typical value for Rstartup is 50Mohm( 20Mohm ~ 100Mohms).
