Hello,
I am planning to use IPBE65R075CFD7A NMOSFET in my simulation for a DCDC topology study, and the PSpice simulation model I downloaded from Infineon webpage.
I tried to perform the simulation in Orcad but I got the attached error messages, and I would like to know if you could help me to fix them.
I repeated the simulation in LTSpice but there I got a simillar error message because it was not able to calculate a parameter.
There in the LIB file are three model names: cool_tech, cool_tech0a, and cool_tech0b that contain these "s" parameters. could you tell me please how should I handle them in order to be able to start my simulation in either Orcad or LT Spice?
Thank you,
Marius

Hello
Recently I purchased the Evaluation board EVAL_3K3W_LLC_HB_CFD7 it gives the output voltage between 43.5 volt to 59.5 volt.
Along with the board I also got the source code of the in the exclusive content.
I uploaded the same source code in the evaluation board using KIT_XMC_LINK_SEGGER_V1 debugger by following the steps
1. Import the project in the DAVE IDE
2. Generate the code
3. Build the project
4. Debug the code into microcontroller
5. Resume the debug and then stop.
Problem :- After uploading the same source code into the evaluation board the board is not giving the output voltage means it is not working as same as before but I didn't change a single line in the code.
There was a hex file also in the source code folder but which I was not able to upload in the evaluation board.
I want the board to function as same when it was procured from the Infineon there is no physical damage in the board.

Show LessHello,
We have a product that we ship worldwide that uses the BTS428L2ATMA1 as a digital output switch to switch 24 Volts.
An optocoupler (the VO615A-8X017T) puts a switching DC signal of 0V and 2.651V on the enable pin of the BTS428L2.
When the signal is 2.651V on the enable pin, the output of the BTS428L2 is 24V. When the signal is 0V, the output is 9.6V. I don't quite understand how the output is not 0V when the enable pin is pulled to GND, but that's a sidenote.
After about two years, we received multiple products back where this IC failed, in a way that I can't seem to reproduce.
Pin 2, the input pin, is "shorted" and gives out 24V. The measured resistance between 24V (Tab) and pin 2 is 2.66kOhm. On a working one, the resistance is 8.5kOhm. The IC does not heat up much, the package temperature stays under 30C.
The rest of the resistances between pins is the same.
On the output, an SMC SY5140-5LOU-Q is attached. Note that there's no additional protection on the output pin of the BTS428L2. The SMC part has a varistor build in from what I can remember looking at the datasheet.
What could be the cause that this component fails?
Is there a possibility to ship over the PCB with the broken component for Infineon to diagnose?
Show LessHello,
The customer requires Id vs Tj graph for below MOSFET's.
They require it for their charger design. Please share and suggest.
Or should we support them with Id vs Tc graph

Show LessI've looked through the User's Manual and other documentation and explored to source code in DAVE and I just cannot find where this I/O signal is used in the code and what peripheral it is mapped to. I know it must be an input, as it's being driven from the output of an OpAmp. It doesn't show up in the list of configured digital I/Os, so that would leave ERU0. 0B0 or HRPWM0.C1INB or maybe it's not even used? I see where the average current is used (comes into an ADC), but not the peak. Can anyone give me some clues?

Dear Sir,
we are intreated in this 48V BSG inverter. could provide the Gerber file & related material, we would like to follow this kit to build up the prototype.
in addition, do you have a suggestion for MCU to communicate with this board? thanks.

Show LessHi
EVAL_1K4W_ZVS_FB_SMD
Existing output voltage Vo is 12V. I would like to change to other voltage.
Pls hint me how to modify the code to change Vref, OVP and UVP.
Thanks

以下、pin compatibleで置き換え検討しています。
DEVICE: BSC026N08NS5 -> ISC022N10NM6
PACK : PG-TDSON-8-6 -> PG-TSON-8-3
