Id vs Tj graph

The customer requires Id vs Tj graph for below MOSFET's.

1. IPP60R120P7
2. IPP60R160P7
3. IRFB42297PBF

They require it for their charger design. Please share and suggest.

Or should we support them with Id vs Tc graph

Can you please provide us the max operating condition (VDS and VGS values) for which you need Id vs Tj graph?

With this value we will be able to provide the graphs. 

Also, may I know the reason customer wants this graph? What is he trying to deduce out of this?

Please find example graphs with Id vs Vgs at different Tj values for IPP60R120P7 and IPP60R160P7. Let me know if this fulfills your requirements.
