Hi All,

Question: After installing Creator, what do I have to do to get the IDE to Find a Kit or a Solution?

I have clicked the refresh button next to the text (see subject line) as well as the refresh button found above the Component Catalog on an open schematic page.  What can I load or install that will be recognized by the IDE? CY8CKIT-001 is the only PSoC3 (or PSoC5) kit I have at the moment.

Thanks

Tim

I'm sure others can elaborate on this, but any PSoC 3 or PSoC 5 kit you have should come with a CD.  Install the kit SW, and then the kit information should appear on the Start page.  If not immediately, then click that refresh button.

Sorry about the delay.... This DID work. What I had not tried was navigating into the CD and loading the KIT SOFTWARE on its own. I had just assumed (underline that last word) that doing the install (of the Creator software) would take care of everything.

My bad.
