Reading image from encore III device

Does the PSoC Creator allow for reading the image in a device (cy7c64215) and have any ability to dis-assemble the code?

You can use PSoC Programmer to read flash from the encore III device. Please download PSoC Programmer GUI from the link below. Also, please refer PSoC programmer user guide.

To read flash from the PSoC Programmer GUI, you need Miniprog 3 device and also one connector as below:
