Hi,
I'm looking at the process of blowing the eFuse during production, and it's mentioned in AN221111 that "Also, the supply voltage VDDD must be set to 2.5 V to program eFuse". Our module is powered with a 3.3V LDO. What would happen if VDDD is 3.3 instead of 2.5? Could we still blow the eFuse?
Thank you,
Fred

From the datasheet, it's between 2.38V and 2.62V, so 2.5 is indeed required.
I just tested programming a PSoC using the Miniprog3's voltage at 2.5V while the PSoC's LDO was off and it worked, so it seems I can bypass my 3.3V problem this way.
