I have a NOR-flash memory device that I'm testing with the PSoC 6 Wi-Fi BT Prototyping Kit (CY8CPROTO-062-4343W) in place of the Quad SPI device that comes with the kit. The device supports both single and double data rates (SDR and DDR). But to do DDR, the device provides a Data Strobe signal back to the host so that it knows when to sample the data.
In the PSoC 6 documentation I've seen, I've noticed DDR in relation to SDHC controllers and eMMC. But it doesn't show up for SMIF. Am I misreading? Is there way to utilize DDR with SMIF? (with or without Data Strobe? Is there an alternative technique?)

PSoC6 doesn't have support for Double Data Rates (DDR) currently.

I see. I just sent you a datasheet before seeing your answer. Thanks for the update.
