Try attaching the project from IE if you are using Chrome for uploading any attachments.

Try inverting the inputs of comparator - You would get a -ve peak detector. (above Vssa)

 hi to all,

after using the MAaximum_peak_detector component , voltages levels are scaling down , what could be the reason for this?

thanks

The peak detector is based on a S/H module, in turn, being an analog solution, uses

charge on a capacitor as its memory. PSOC 3 datasheet for S/H does not specify the droop

rate, which is leakage caused. Q = C x V, I = C dV/dT. So if you have a leakage of 1 uA, working

with 5 pF, you can compute how much it will droop in your timeframe of concern. The way around this

is a servo loop with a DAC, or easier, A/D the peak and hold that in memory that does not forget.

Regards, Dana.
