Have you ever wanted to add components to a schematic in Creator just to make it clearer to understand? Creator 2.0 now has Annotation components to allow significantly better documentation and readability of your PSoC Creator based schematics.

It seems that PSoC is more convenient for developing data acquistion system. For CY8CKIT-050 PSoC® 5 Development Kit, should I order extra DC or AC adapter to power the board?
Can you give me some examples how to use C to program an application to transfer AD data from PSoC 5 to PC? I also want to control the sampling rate and sampling lengthe and even trigger from PC.
Thanks very much.

Hello,
I am using Psoc3 in order to implement some analog filters and other subcircuits. These filters, of course, consist of OAs and passive components such as Resistors and Capacitors. As far as I know, it is not possible to implement Resistors in PSoC Creator, am I right? And what about Capacitors? Is there any chance to implement "inside" PSoC3?
Thanks. Regards.

Hi,
I read the datasheet of the filter component, and it says that I should use only one filter per design. What I am trying is to filter out the data from the 3 axis accelerometer on the FTK. I know taht I have to use a MUX and DelSig ADC. How can I use filter in this case for all 3 axis?
Thanks,
Stoyan
Show LessDear all,
I am using the CY8CKIT-050 and just recently downloaded the Creator 2.0. Because I am using USB functionality I need to configure the XTAL with 24 MHz. Unfortunatly my Board has no Y3 Crystal assembled.
Can somebody please tell me if the board is prepared for the Y3 24 MHz Crystal or not? I tried to follow the PCB lines, but it looks like there are none connected to the pads.. ( If it is not a Multilayer-Board)
Thanks in advance,
best regards,
Thomas
