is there a method of measuring the power consumption of a program written in the PSOC5 LP??
Hi guys I've just purchase CY8CKIT-030 and after read the datasheet i've realised that the kit doesn't have a power supply adapter.
I'm going to buy an adapter in a component shop but i need to know the features (Amperes and Volts) needed.
Can you help me? Sorry for my english but I'm spanish.
Thanks you for your time.
Show Lessmy kit was working good..but now if i've to display LCD its showing boxes in display...before also it happens once...then it started working again..now it again created problem.
Show LessHey everyone.
I Have some ADC problems. I can get one ADC_delSig to work perfectly but when i add a nother one it gives me 3 errors.
mpr.M0014:resource limit:maximum number of DSM fixed blocks exceeded (max=1, needed=2)
mpr.M0014:resource limit:maximum number of decimator fixed blocks exceeded (max=1, needed=2)
cdf M0005 CyDsFit aborted due to errors.
what i understand from these errors are, it can only run with one ADC. Can that be correct???

Show LessHi All,
I am using a 32.768 kHz ECO for deriving a highly accurate clock. Pls provide me with CL1, CL2 values for a 28-pin DIP CY8C29466 IC. Also, if there are any other constraints/parameters to be included/altered, list out that too.
I find an app note saying 22pF values for both CL1 & CL2. Is this correct ?
Please help,
RAM

Show LessPSoC3 DELSIG ADC cofigured as single ended and input range Vssa to Vdda and 8bit res gives near Full Scale reading when input is 2.5v (Cy8CKIT-001 is set to 5v and all VddIO jumpers are set to Vdd. The Vref is set at Vdda/4 so... 2.5v and is not changable.... BUT for an input range of Vssa to Vdda shouldn't Vref be Vdda/2 instead of Vdda/4? Why am I unable to change Vref? Why should it be Vref/4 instead of Vref/2? What am I missing? Thanks

Will now try some Level Shift experiments.
Show LessI am using a timer and counter for measuring the speed of a motor in RPM. I am not getting the proper connections for counting the incoming pulses.
The sensor is mounted on the motor which gives one pulse per rotation. I want to convert it in to RPM. The sensor used is MOC 7811 which is attached in the attachments. Please help me !!
Show LessTitle says it all - I installed PSoC designer/programmer for CY3210 MiniProg1 on Windows 8, but it didn't install the driver for the chip. I need the driver to be able to program or power on the chip from designer. How can I get the driver?
