Hi,
I would like to ask you for help in programming SPI where I completely lost. I send what I have done. Thank you so much for your advice. I would like to ask you a very, if you give me a program finished typing. Thank you
Show LessI believe I am having troubles in setting the right Frequencies / global values for my Project. I am uprgrading to a Cypress - CY8C27443-24SXI and the Previous Chip's cpu clock ranged from 4.2MHz - 6.0MHz.
I am sending hi or low signals from my CY8C27443-24SXI to an analog multiplexer which I believe averaged to be roughly 2.5kHz
Any help with these would be appreciated, please let me know if anyone would like more info.
Thanks
Show LessHello, I am currently using ADCIN and I'm wondering if theres a way to "pause" the ADC for a certain time. Right now I'm setting pins that read from an external mux which sends back to my ADC in two different Channels. I have narrowed it down to most likely reading data too fast.
AMUX4_1_InputSelect(AMUX4_1_PORT0_3);
Set_Port0_1(0);
Set_Port2_7(0);
Read_ADC();
Let me know if you need more info
Show Lesshello every one,
I want to know exactly what i have to put like a parameter in the Instrumentation amplifier to get a signal in the output .
i specify that i use a mesure of biceps muscle .
so please help me gays
Show LessI'm trying to update the software for a firmware chipset, and I'm having trouble understanding how variables are passed between C and assembly. When I try to compile, I get these errors:
https://gist.github.com/anonymous/d79f8f9734865a3ec1fe
These variables are defined in global.h here:
https://gist.github.com/anonymous/d81de7895838eaa41361
Also, lib/timer8_1int.asm is pretty short, so here it is:
https://gist.github.com/anonymous/848875129e7cf16e110f
Thank you for your time.
I'm using PSoC Designer 5.4 to write and compile this code, if that helps anyone.
My os is win7(64bit)
PSoCCreatorSetup_3.1_sp2_3-26-15(I download it from here)
when i creat a new project there is no device.h in my header files
what can i do?

Hi
We are new to PSoC, and currently investigating it for a new project, where we need shift registers to clock data in and out.
We compiled the shiftreg example project, changing it to 32 bit wide, and setting master / bus clock to 66MHz.. STA reports setup violation and f max is 53MHz.. Lowering the master / bus clock to 48MHz removes the violation.
According to doc. bus / CPU clock must be equal or lover than master clock ( UDB clock ? ). It looks like the use of UDB's and perhaps other peripherals will put restrictions to the CPU speed ?
Is this really correct, or am i missing something
Thanks
Geert
Show LessHi all,
Searching in the PSoC5LP datasheet (i.e. CY8C58LP family datasheet - Opamp DC specifications) we notice that typical opamp quiescent current is 250uA for low power mode. When we open the opamp component datasheet (opamp v1.90) it seems that only PSoC3 supports all opamp power modes and PSoC5LP supports only the high speed/high power mode.
Does anyone know if low power modes for opamps can be applied to PSoC5LP?
Thank you in advance,
John
A discussion about a recent mis-understanding that I had from using the filename.lst for problem determination may help others from the same fate.
While the tab says "Results" it is an interim state report. The filename.lst is generated prior to the Link Edit and therefore any Extern addresses have yet to be determined. The object code and the address table must be used with this caveat in mind.
