Seeking help to reproduce this project. Each & every code is there Please help. It's required on an urgent basis.

I want to know if suppose PSoc 5LP board has been already loaded with the existing HEX file then again want to load a different HEX file into that. Then what will be the step to load a new hex file upon the existing hex file loaded PSoc 5LP?

Recently w.r.t a project on which I am working,  I need to create the binary file of PSoC5 from the generated .HEX file. While going through the community I found an Application Note : AN73054 (PSoC® 3 and PSoC 5LP Programming Using an External Microcontroller (HSSP)) which mentions that Cypress has already developed an application (C# Application Name: HexFileParser_Psoc3_5lp). Can someone help me on finding or guiding on how to get it?
