we are using cypress MBR3 IC in touch panel for home automation.
we are facing issue in VCC voltage, measured VCC voltage is 2.1V instead of 1.8V,
connected CMOD = 2.2nf and Decoupling capacitor is 0.1uF.
and how can we diagnose the IC failure.

Hi,
Could you please share the snapshot of schematic?
What is the supply voltage at Vdd?
Do you see this issue with all your boards?
Could you please perform a system diagnostics test and post your results? The System Diagnostics status is also updated in the register map so that the host can read the test results through the I 2C interface. Refer to the CY8CMBR3xxx Registers TRM for more details.
More information on system diagnostics can be found in MBR3 capsense design guide and MBR3 datasheet
