Is it possible to run the ISSP programmer with 64 bit win7 ?
I just upgraded our PSoC development PC and I can't get the PC to connect to the ISSP.
I installed the ISSP software in Win2000 compatibilty mode and did not get any error messages when the drivers installed.
When I start up the ISSP programmer software, I get an empty message box titled UPIF2 with just an exclamation in the otherwise empty message box.
Thanks,
Steve

Steve,
This is because the ISSP programmer is not supported for Windows 7 64 bit version. You can find the supported OS information from the release notes installed with the ISSP software.
Best regards,

Guess what, it doesn't even work with Win7 32 bit.
Cypress is joke, no support for small companies who want to use PSoCs in their products but can't afford $5K for a production programmer.
