I had the very same error a few weeks ago. File a technical MyCase and they will help you. The cause (with me) were some leftovers in the registry from former Creator installations which I could not remove (even not manually)

I got that message several times before. it happened to me when the programmer was not properly acquiring the device. Often I just have to unplug the programmer and/or reboot my computer other times I have to check device connections (if not using a cypress kit check power and SWD signals )
