Can you confirm that you have installed PSoC Programmer and not Cypress Programmer?

Either way, I have attached the PSoC3 folder for your reference.

Please refer to this KBA for more information regarding the BSDL files - PSoC® 3, PSoC 4 and PSoC 5 BSDL Files - KBA84780

You can find the BSDL files in this location in your PC if PSoC Programmer is installed in the default directory - C:\Program Files (x86)\Cypress\Programmer\3rd_Party_Configuration_Files\BSDL\PSoC3

Hello,

I installed the PSoC programmer and there is no the 3rd_Party_Configuration_Files folder in the c:\Program Files (x86)\Cypress\Cypress Programmer\

The directory you mentioned is - 'c:\Program Files (x86)\Cypress\Cypress Programmer\'

Can you let me know if you can find the files in this directory - C:\Program Files (x86)\Cypress\Programmer\3rd_Party_Configuration_Files\BSDL\PSoC3

No, there is only ​Cypress Programmer ​folder under ​c:\Program Files (x86)\Cypress\
