Hi,

CapSense GEN5 is described in AN85951.

Figure 44 is Block Diagram

CapSense GEN5 raw count formula

CapSense GEN5 does not use an IDAC, it consists of a clock and an external capacitor.
Therefore, CapSense GEN5 can be tuned only with Nsub, Sense clock divider,  compensation CDAC divider, Cref and Ccomp.

Among them, tuning can be done mainly with Nsub.
