dear FAE, i have a question for design a 8bit division on psoc4, my design is use a counter to count event from the psoc4's pin, and later use DMA to transmit the data to a DAC, but between the counter and DAC, i want to use 0xFF/data, and the quotients transmit to DAC, but i can't find the model which can use on this design, so if you have a good method, the can send it to my email which is keeny.zhao@163.com, i'm in China, thank you for you help.
Show LessHello,
I'm adding the fixed stack bootloader to my application which worked fine so I could build and flash the new project. I'm using the CYBELE-212006-01.
I can connect to it but when I select the Bootloader Service the CySmart application gets stuck while trying to bond. The device apears 3 time with different adress inthe serch but two of them don't even have teh Bootloader Service.
Where could I have gone wrong?

Show LessHi,
I'm trying to send 20 bytes via notification from CYBLE-012011-00 module using an " uart to ble peripheral" project to cySmart app but the 20 bytes ar splitted in two parts (12 bytes and 8 bytes ).
For Example my 20 bytes are : 03 06 00 00 00 00 0f 91 90 00 00 80 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
On the Data Logger file.txt I find
...Notification received with value, [03 06 00 00 00 00 0f 91 90 00 00 80] 4 times
and
...Notification received with value, [00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00] 4 times.
Why the Notification is splitted and repeated for 4 and 4 times?
Many thanks
Az-eddine
Show LessHere is the original thread that addresses this issue. I2c Issues
The issue is marked as answered, but there is no answer to the original question:
Are there known issues using P5.0 and P5.1 as allowed by PSOC creator on this module? I am not getting an ACK if these pins are used.
If I assign the pins to P3.4 and P3.5 (allowed for SCB1 sda and scl), I get proper ACK and function.
If someone could help, I would greatly appreciate it. I already have a board layout done using P5.0 and P5.1.
Show LessHow do I code a motor powered by the PSoC to only run for a certain amount of time? Can I control the amount of voltage that the motor receives?
Show LessWe have a hundred units that need to be tested for ble connectivity/function. Currently we are testing by using a smart phone to connect to the units, but after several different units have been tested the smart phone has to have its network settings reset. This type of testing is very time consuming. Is there a better more efficient method of testing the BLE functionality of a hundred units? The unit utilize the 212006 module.
thank you

Show LessI have an application running on the CYBLE-222014-01 that has a BLE notification triggered by an external interrupt ranging from 10Hz to 50Hz. During each notification event, the device grabs 8 bytes of data from an external device via I2C and transmits it to the host. The application works every well. However, with the OTA upgradeable BLE stack integration, I can no longer maintain a stable connection. The host side, CySmart, will report a connection timeout, while the device side the connection LED will still show a connection. The external interrupt is still running and being serviced, I can confirm this on the logic analyzer. The drop event happens a lot faster as the interrupt rate increases. The strange thing is that all other non BLE related function on my application works just fine. It seems like just the BLE stack is having issues. Has anyone experienced anything similar? Does the BLE stack in the bootloader mode have a different timing specification? How does one go about tuning such parameter?
Thanks in advance,
John
Show LessHi,
I have got one CY5677 Bluetooth tool and I downloaded Cypress Program.
I have got 2 questions
1) I want to connect 5 diffrent bluetooths at the same time with CY5677 but now I can connect only one bluetooth at the same time. How can I connect more bluetooth at the same time.
2)To conncet a bluetooth every time I have to click "Connect" button on the Cypress program. This is unnececary operation for me. It is possible automatic connection when my bluetooth dongle (CY56777) see any bluetooh directly connect automatically ?
You can see a Picture that summarize what ı need.
