PSoC™ 4 Forum Discussions
I need to know the version of the program that was previously designed with CY8C4127LTI-M475.
However, I don't know how to read program data for PIC.
Please let me know if you have any reading methods or tools.
Show LessI need to send some data to a PSOC device via Cypress BLE dongle (CY SAMRT 4.2)
This through a dedicated GUI I am building.
I am looking for a library I can use to access the dongle via the USB port.
Any documentation on that?

Using the USB Audio example on the mentioned cy8ckit-046.
The device enumerates but does not stream audio out the audio jack.
No changes to the example were made.

Show LessDatasheets for PSoC 4000 CY8C4013SXI-410 and PSoC 4200 CY8C4245AXI-483, do not list DC current consumption for programming/erasing/writing FLASH.
For VDD of +5V, 16MHz for 4000 and 48MHz for 4200, 25C temperature, what are the FLASH programming DC current spec's for these devices?
PSoC 5LP lists this parameter in its datasheet as Idd_prog.

Show LessHi,
I am developing a project for the PSoC 4 board.
I have exported the project to keil in order to see the variables in real time.
Who is the best programmer to debug the project?
Thanks
Show LessHi,
I just bought a CYBLE-212020-01 which I am planning to put on a custom PCB and I would like some help to get started. I started to read through the documentation that prompted some early question.
Is there an eagle library so that I can start designing the PCB?
Once the PCB is designed, can I use a regular FTDI USB to TTL Serial Adapter instead of buying an eval kit?
If yes, do I need to hook TX/RX only or I need CTS/RTS as well?
Once hooked up, what software I need to use to be able to program the chip?
Thank you
Show LessHello.
If finger touches sensor pad slowly, diff count does not generate because baseline follows rawcount.
Could you please let us know solution of this issue other than noise threshold?
For example, is there a way to slow down baseline update rate?
If noise threshold becomes low value, baseline followability to rawcount becomes slower.
But there is a limit to tune baseline update rate by changing only noise threshold because can not be smaller than noise value.
Best Regards.

Show LessDear All,
- I make a simple test by connecting a 23.4 pF capacitor on p1.4 , then configuring CapSense as follows:
- Modulator clock= 12 000 kHz
- Sense clock source= Direct
- IDAC sensing configuration = IDAC sourcing
- IDAC auto-calibration= disabled
- IDAC auto-compensation= disabled
- Sense clock frequency= 750 kHz
- Resolution= 15 bits
- IDAC modulator= 18
Then compile and launch tuner. I had to adjust IDAC modulator from 18 to 20 in order to get Raw counts as close as possible from 27852 (which is 85% of 32767)
So, the nearest value of raw counts I got was 27376. So, we have here 27376 counts for a 23.4 pF capacitor
Up to now, everything looks fine.
- Now, I would like to double check with the formula below:
I made a LibreOffice calculation sheet (you can open it with Excel) with the above parameters and got a 32862 raw counts value !
So, we have two cases:
Either I should have read around 32862 raw counts in tuner OR something is wrong in my calculation sheet
Any support will be appreciated
