Dears.
I’m looking for the robust solution of cypress MCU Series which can support CAN NM (Network Management).
Automotive PSOC 4 can support CAN NM and Vector CAN?
Thanks and best regards,

Show LessI need to configure to use 1 I2C both as master and slave. At first the I2C is configured as master and then once the master is done sending data, it is configured as slave. I am thinking of using a SCB block and then switching between the configuration. Is it possible to do so?
Show LessHello,
I am using CY8CKIT-042 PSoC® 4 Pioneer Kit. I am using it for the CapSense design with 10 buttons and 2 sliders.
Everything works fine, except for sliders where 1 st sensor in each of the slider is taking time to sense the touch. that means, if I just scroll down on slider all other sensors are detected in tuner except first sensor.
But if I put my finger on the first sensor before scrolling on the slider everything works perfect.
So, just wanted to know reason behind this delay for this first sensor in the slider issue?
I have checked by changing the code to first check the slider condition and also making slider widget as first priority in capsens configuration.
But still the same issue. Is this because of firmware handling or due to hardware design of the capsense slider?
Please reply.
Thanks in advance.
Show LessHello Group Members,
I am using CY8C4014SXI - 421 for Learning Purpose. But I
am facing issue with Programming this device from PSoC
Creator and PSoC Programmer. PSoC Creator is not able
to recognize the target device. Please help. I have attached
a screenshot. I am using Snapped Away Programmer from
CY8CKIT-059 PSoC® 5LP Prototyping Kit.
Show LessHow does one calculate the scan time per sensor in CSD and CSX mode?
In CSD i did find a equation.
Scan Time = (2 ^ Resolution - 1) / Modulator Clock
So if I put in resolution as 8 here, and modulator clock of 24Khz I get a scan time of 10ms per sensor.
I have to scan a large number of sensors some thing like 60+ and want to get as low a scan time per sensor as possible.
Also if an equation for the CSX mode can be provided it would be helpful.
TIA
Show Lesswhat is the actual standby current (lowest )consumption of device CY8CMBR311X ? I am thinking to run the device with battery for 2 years in one device .
Hello
The device datasheet of the CY8CKIT-147 PSoC 4100PS Prototyping Kit states that the operating range of the ADC is 0 to 5.5V. I'm trying to configure the ADC as a single ended with 5V reference. I cannot seem to do this. Does this peripheral have this ability? If not, can you refer me to a product line with a dev kit that can handle a 0 to 5V ADC input range?
thanks
Shawn
Hello,
I am using the CY5677 ble dongle to receive ble data. However, I would like to increase the range by using an external antenna. What would be the easiest way to achieve this? Would I have to design my own PCB?
Show LessI see readelf.exe is in the PSoC Creator directory structure after installing it. How to use it to generate a symbol table (for use by custom tool we need) that can be human readable or at least simple to machine read? Need the RAM globals', the ones that do not move around, addresses handy for other tools. I tried to run readelf.exe, but Windows 10 did not recognize it as a program it could run.
Do I need to use a bash shell?
PSoC 4 application..
