Hi, I'm using a CY8C4245AZI-M443 MCU and I've a problem: I have found the VCCD capacitor irretrievably broken many times on the board. Does this capacitor have a particular quality/dielectric?
Thank you for help.
Fabio

1uF, X5R ceramic or better(X7R, NPO), rated voltage i think 10V or 16V is enough.

Hello Fabio,
Please refer PSoC 4 Hardware Design Considerations Appnote. The document recommends connect one 0.1-μF and one 1-μF ceramic decoupling capacitor to each power supply pin. Other than this there is no quality/dielectric recommendation.
Best Regards,
Vasanth
