Simultaneously advertise and scan psoc4

Hi I have read the answers about provided solution but it does not work for me:

Is there is ability to provide us a demo project with enabling scanning and advertising at the same time?

Please refer to the attached sample project, which will do both observer scanning and advertising simultaneously.
