How to make the CapSense PSoC4 wakes up from sleep when the finger touch us detected?

Hi @AdamCheng 

Unfortunately, you cannot use CapSense to wake the device from sleep/deep sleep. CapSense can wake up the CPU from sleep mode once the scan is complete but it still requires the CPU to process the sensor and check if the sensor is active or not. 

You can take a look at our CapSense one button code example that uses a low power mode with CapSense. This still uses a WDT to wake the CPU periodically and scan the sensor.
