The PSoC 4100S Architecture Technical Reference Manual (TRM) has the memory map.
The PSoC 4100S Registers Technical Reference Manual (TRM) has the register address map.

The TRM , describe the 4100s memory map . CY8C4146AZI-S423 memory adress may be 0x00000~ 0x 10000 , but cann't find it in any document.

You can open a CY8C4146AZI-S433 project in creator, build it, then open the cm0plsgcc.ld file (if you use the GCC complier) in cy_boot folder.
From the MEMORY, you could find the memory allocation like below:(64k flash, 8K sram)
