Hi,
I have some dubts about the Proc.
what I do with the pins not used the EZ-PROC? How do I set to prevent the leakage current.
Leds can connect directly to the pins of the EZ-PROC? He can provide necessary current to light LEDs? If so, which pins can I use?
Thank you!

You may connect an LED to any GPIO pin using a limiting resistor. A pin is able to drive 4mA and to sink 8mA, look into the pin's datasheet where all ratings are listed. Do not exceed the total power dissipation of the chip.
Unused (and unprogrammed) pins are in a high-Z state which may pick up some noise, so you may connect them to GND.

Hi Bob, thanks for your reply. I need the pins not used to use a resistor to GND or can link them directly on GND?

High-Z impedance does not need a resistor when connected to GND.
