I've just downloaded your project and tried
(1) Menu Build > Clean Design01
(2) Menu Build > Build Design01
And I could compile your project without problem
So, I think the problem is not the design but the IDE/Environment.
I would suggest
(1) Clean the design and re-build
(2) Menu Help > Update Manager
Update outdated parts if any then try (1) again
(3) In case above does not work, try uninstall and re-install PSoC Creator
