Both adc and capsese have AMUXBUS, Whether the AMUXBUS is the same. When using AMUXBUS in ADC and Capsense at the same time, will interfere with each other?

ADC and CaoSense can coexist. There are two AMuxBuses. The buses run all the way around the chip, but there are "bus breaker" switches that can separate AMuxBus sections. You can see this clearly in the analog routing view in the DWR. If you are careful to have ADC inputs and CapSense inputs on separate ports, this makes the routing very easy.
Here's a schematic and analog routing view of a 4 input ADC and 4 CapSense buttons done in CY8C4247. It routes and builds easily.
If it makes it more convenient for your PCB routing, you can re-assign the pins in the Pins view of the DWR.
