Hi,

We are working on a proposal. For that we have chosen this component

 May anyone provide MTBF and Longevity of this product.

Does anyone have a communication example with CY15B116QN? I have no problem getting a stable reading from registers like Device ID,   but very random luck with reading and writing. No problem with smaller-size FRAMs. Supplying 3.3V off the Atmel SAMD21 chip via standard SPI at 8MHz. Thank you.

WRITE to F-RAM works fine only once, right after the multi-byte READ command it stops writing data, and not a single subsequent iterations work. 

PS: WP is connected to VDD.

We have an FM25L16B in our product. I want to know how long it takes the memory chip to write one byte to the cell of the FRAM after it has been transferred to the memory chip via SPI. I need this information to calculate the probability that a power interruption will interrupt this write cycle.
