FM25CL64B-DG default memory value

Hi, We are using FM25CL64B-DG FRAM. What is the default value on the memory locations ? is it 0x00 or 0xFF ?

I am reading 0xE0 value at the very first startup.

Hi Anuj,

The data in FRAM when Infineon ships our devices from our factory is 0x00 (all locations). Please see more details in the following knowledge base article, FRAM Contents when Shipped from Cypress - KBA88164
