Hi,
i'm going to use CY14B116N with a FPGA, and I'm going to use LVCMOS1.8V. Does it work with this memory or do I need voltage translators ?
Regards

Hello,
No it will not work with LVCMOS 1.8V. You need to use voltage translators.
Thanks,
Krishna.

Hello,
You can look at an alternative part no, CY14V116N which can directly work with 1.8V FPGA IO.
Below is the datasheet link :

Thanks,
