CY14B101Qx driver at U-Boot space

I wonder if there is any compatible driver for this device at the space of U-Boot,

and U-Boot is release of 2016.07 on ARM platform.

Hello,

Unfortunately, we do not have a u-boot driver for CY14B101Qx.

Command set of CY14B101Qx is compatible with SPI flash devices, so suggest you to modify the SPI flash driver to support our nvSRAM.
