As you can see from the attached files, we setup the Motor Max RPM and run the motor in VSP mode using the analog input. Why is the motor allowed to be commanded more than the limit?

Hi @aneedles,

The maximum Analog voltage input will be scaled to the maximum set RPM in MCE Wizard.

 Why is the motor allowed to be commanded more than the limit?

This can be due to the improper tuning of the PI controller. You can try adjusting the Kp and Ki constants and determine the response of the system.
