 Hello We have used the control board EVAL-M1-101TF and a power evaluation board  EVAL-M1-05F804R for testing,  andthat works well.

We wanted to  make our power evaluation board to drive a motor under 100v at 10KW. To be easy to test we want to use DIP format component at first.

Infineon advised us for an IRF200p222 for the mosfet power but it is mostly out of order , any other same kind mosfet available ?

For the gate driver we used an IR2011 , perhaps it is a little old, any advice for a new one ?

Hi,

These are the drivers in 200V class with high source current capability.

2EDF7275K, IR2010S, IR2010.

Thanks for posted on Infineon community.

IRS2011, IR2011S is similar to the existing driver and product status is active and preferred.

Unfortunately, Exact alternate is not available  in our portfolio.

Based on your requirement you can use.

IPT044N15N5  150V, 4.4mΩ, 174A.  (Available in TOLL package)

IRF150P221 150V, 4.5mΩ, 186A.

IRF150P220  150V,2.7 mΩ, 203A.

IRFP4568 150V, 5.9 mΩ, 171A.

Thanks for your answer.

So If I understand there is no "better" product thar IRS2011IR2011S in DIP format  .  This gate driver will support to charge 200nc in 100ns for a Vgs = 10v at 10Khz rate ?
