Hello,

I am trying flashing the eval board using USB. But it fails with this error "No Cortex-M SW Device found" , not sure what is wrong here? or what setting has to be done?

Controller: TLE9879QXA40

Hello,

This is strange, the device should be detected. Can you please change the Connect style from "under Reset" to "Normal" in the debug window and then try (just for sanity check)? If this also does not work, then can you please answer the following questions to debug further:

  1. Which version of the Evalkit are you using?
  2. Is this the first time you try to flash this device on this board?
  3. When you turn on the power supply, which LEDs on the Evalkit are turned on?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Best,
Moz

Hello,

Thanks for your question.

Can you please go to "Options for Target -> Debug" and check that you have "J-LINK" selected as debug interface.
The you can click on "Settings" and see if the device shows up. Please note that the device must be powered on.

Hope this helps!

Best Regards,

Moz
